Six Seasons and a Movie! [NEW VIDEO]

If you haven’t heard the news, one of our absolute favorite shows from NBC has found second life on Yahoo Screen! We were so excited we had to celebrate its upcoming sixth season with a song!

Greg and I (hey, this is Minhdzuy updating you) actually did meet back in college at the University of Michigan. I had written a musical called “Supervillain: The Musical” and I didn’t have a musical director, so I made Greg do it all, and I was so incredibly lucky to have him on, because I had NO IDEA what I was doing.

After that, we became roommates near Kerrytown and one thing we liked to do was watch some of our favorite TV shows together, particularly the ones airing on NBC. Out of coincidence, not out of some weird loyalty thing. This was big for me, since I believe that all TV should be watched alone. Both being people who wanted to write TV, this became something we bonded over. Like a little community for us. So that’s where this song comes from!

A little note on making the video: We were so ecstatic that so many of our friends were willing to help out and be a part of it. We really appreciate it so much. And, as always, we love Mark Sandoval’s excellent camera work and always appreciate Laura Malone Hunt‘s (Modern Family) extra help on set.

Neat! Enjoy the song! If you like it, hit that thumbs up button and share it with your friends! And if you’re not yet a Mudville Citizen, what are you waiting for? Subscribe to the channel and then sign up for these updates with your e-mail over there!

What Is Mudville? [VIDEO]

Hi, Mudville Citizens! Minhdzuy here. Mudville has been around for a year now, and after writing many songs together, we’ve finally put together a little trailer explaining a little bit about who we are and what we do.

Greg and I are best friends, and if you ever see us perform together, you’ll see us goofing off and laughing together a lot. We want to share that fun with everyone else and bring a little smile to the rest of the world. Best way we know how to do that? Singing our dumb, dumb songs.

As for this site itself, This whole site is still being developed and stuff, but eventually, we’ll post new things here about new video releases, live appearances, and maybe some of just what we’re doing! You guys can see our other videos by visiting the channel here, or you can tweet to us @MudvilleComedy. The BEST thing to do is click on that little e-mail sign-up on the left sidebar and you’ll get e-mail updates from us!

Cool! Well, enjoy what’s here for now! There will be much more to come very soon!
